My condolences go out to his family and the Aspen family. The world lost not only a great artist but a great man. Though he was sick and not feeling well he still made time for his fans. Just a couple of months ago at WWLA he came to the show to spend time with his fans. He made the choice to instead of going to the panels where it would be less stress on him to instead do a signing at the Aspen booth. And fans lined up for 6 hours before he showed up just for the opportunity to meet him, since it still wasn't definite that he would be able to attend. That's the kind of artist he was, that he could captivate people that way. But it also shows what a man he was and what character he had. Today is a sad sad day to have lost someone like Michael. He will be missed dearly.
